YorkSU Sabb Elections 2026 - all you need to know!
What are the Sabbs?
The Sabbatical Officers, or Sabb’s for short, represent all students on campus and are responsible for bringing about changes the student body wish to see. They represent not only to the University, but to the city and nationally. Whether it’s improving student wellbeing, academic experience or sustainability on campus, each Sabb brings something unique to their campaigns.
Why should you vote?
Voting is incredibly crucial in selecting the candidate that you feel best represents your wishes. Whilst Alcuin College Committee may endorse candidates, it’s important to note that this does not represent the College’s beliefs.
In short: you have the power to vote for the change that you want to see!
