The aim of the Alcuin Wellbeing team is to ensure that all students, regardless of ethnicity, country of origin, gender, sexuality or disability are welcomed into the Alcuin College community, and enjoy an equally fulfilling experience.
The CSAC aims to be as inclusive as possible, and our wellbeing officers and the Alcuin College Tutors actively cooperate with all YUSU liberation networks to campaign to raise awareness of equality and wellbeing issues. In addition, our Wellbeing Officers run many events throughout the year, and provide wellbeing information and materials as required.
Alcuin College Tutors
Our CSAC Wellbeing Officers liaise with the Alcuin College Tutors when necessary, to make sure that any serious issues are dealt with in a professional manner and the right care is provided. In the academic year 2019-2020, our Welfare Tutors are; Bethan, Brogan, Abbey, and Kalum.
The Tutors are employed by Alcuin College and are on call throughout term-time, to give support or advice if any problems occur during your time here at Alcuin College. If you or someone you know needs a friendly face to talk to they are contactable at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When someone might be in danger, always call Security on 01904 323333.
